The Bright Point International Financial Group (“BPI”) of companies is in the business of providing interdealer broking services in OTC traded and exchange cleared products. When the BPI Group was looking to conclude a deal with a large overseas incorporated fund, NLC Law provided excellent and timely advice on how best to structure the deal, taking into both the regulatory and practical aspects of the deal.
