CH Leo has extensive experience in both private practice and in-house legal roles covering a wide spectrum of corporate commercial legal work which includes cross-border joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, IT, intellectual property, banking and finance, investments and trading.
 
Effectively bilingual in both the English and Chinese languages, Leo was also previously stationed in Shanghai, China for about 3 years setting up and managing the China office of a major Singapore law firm, which includes dealing with high-level government officials and business people from all nationalities and backgrounds. While in Shanghai, Leo was also the legal advisor to the Singapore Business Association under the Singapore Consulate, Shanghai.
 
Throughout his career Leo has been actively involved in trademark work, assisting countless clients in the registration of thousands of trademarks in Singapore as well as internationally around the world, including major international fashion and retail brands, famous food and beverages brands, IT and consumer products brands.
